For the last 5 months, 8 staff members have been dedicated in achieving their ILM level 2 grades which helps them to develop further leadership skills that make a real difference to ACCESS.
ILM is a certified course from the Institute of Leadership and Management (the UK's top specialist) which is designed to help team-leaders and supervisors identify the key difference between working within a team, and assisting in the supervision of a team, and to provide them with practical tools to support them.
The course, which involves both extensive coursework and training, challenged our managers in the art of leadership behaviours, values and guiding principles. Yesterday (8th Aug), marked the celebration of their success as they present the findings of what they have learned to our Exec Board showcasing the skills they had developed through their training time. All our successors will also be presented with their certificate of achievement as they have officially gained their ILM level 3 qualifications.
Congratulations and well done to the guys listed below for their effort and determination throughout this course!
